RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Vendors will be responsible for all applicable taxes and permits. 2. Vendors are responsible for meeting applicable state requirements, site
cleanup, and grease removal.
3. Space is issued on a first-come basis. Spaces are limited & may be denied if
vendors with similar products have already made reservations.
4. SCOTS reserves the right to accept or reject any vendor but does not offer
exclusivity or promise of non-competition.
5. ALL VENDORS ARE TO INCLUDE A COPY OF PROOF OF LIABILITY
INSURANCE WHICH WILL HOLD THE GAMES, SCOTS, JACKSON PARK
AND THE CITY OF HENDERSONVILLE HARMLESS, AND TO SIGN VENDOR
AGREEMENT BELOW.
6 Cancellations will be refunded if notice is given 10 days prior to the games.
