MEASURING INSTRUCTIONS (Print this form to use while measuring and ordering.)
WAIST_____inches Measure around your waist just below the rib cage.  Put your thumb inside the tape measure and relax.
  DO NOT pull in your stomach and hold your breath.

LEDGE OF HIP BONE____inches

This is where you would wear a belt with a pair of trousers.

HIPS____inches

Measure around the broadest part of the seat. To avoid getting this measurement too tight, put three fingers inside the tape measure.

LIFT_____inches

Measure from bellybutton to hip.(Easiest to do while you still have the tape measure around the hips.)

LENGTH____inches

Kneel with your knees 2-3 inches apart.Have someone measure from your bellybutton to the floor.
KEEP YOUR CHIN UP and DO NOT WATCH, or your kilt will end up looking like a mini skirt.
